Membership Administrator – Ranfurlie Golf Club

The Company

Based at Ranfurlie Golf Club, your role will include management of Ranfurlie Golf Membership and provide administrative support to the Venue Manager

Responsibilities will include:

  • All facets of Membership administration including promotions, handling enquiries, processing new applications, monthly payment reconciliation, category changes, Member retention and Membership renewals.
  • Administrative support to the Venue Manager
  • Member Golf Account Management
  • Member Communications
  • Assisting with Event Management
  • Additional administrative tasks within capabilities

About You:

Experience in administrative skills and data entry. You will have:

  • Sound organisational skills
  • Proficiency with computer technology and the Suite of Office software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and energetic nature;

The applicable award for this position is the Amusements, Events & Recreation Award and remuneration according to experience and capabilities.

Senior Grounds Person – Bay Views Golf Course

Bay Views Golf Course located on the Mornington Peninsula is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Grounds Person at Bay Views Golf Course, in Rosebud.

The ideal applicant will have a background in golf course maintenance, be self-motivated and possess the drive to participate in a team that take pride in delivering a high standard of golf course presentation.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Performing general works that involve:
    • Mowing using both reel and rotary blade machines,
    • tree maintenance, gardening, brush cutting, 
    • course renovation works, 
    • spraying,
    • basic construction tasks, 
    • rubbish collection and 
    • other such tasks required around the grounds and buildings,
  • Operating machinery, tools, and other equipment in a safe manner,
  • Completing tasks to a high standard and in a time efficient manner,
  • Work to pre-determined quality control measures,
  • Complete any other duties that may be required within the scope of the applicant’s skill and training.

What we need from you:

Experience in administrative skills and data entry. You will have:

  • A strong commitment to succeed and a willingness to achieve improvement.
  • A strong knowledge of Golf Course preparation.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
  • Drivers licence.
  • Ability to work weekends.
